Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with TechNish Solutions, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By accessing and using the TechNish Solutions website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
TechNish Solutions provides web design, UI/UX design, web development, branding, and digital optimization services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements, timely feedback and approval at each stage of development, all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project, and payment in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the final deliverables including all design files, source code, and related materials created specifically for the project. TechNish Solutions retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party resources, plugins, or stock assets used are subject to their respective licensing agreements.
All projects require a 50% advance payment before commencement of work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final handover of files. For ongoing maintenance or retainer agreements, payment is due on the 1st of each month. TechNish Solutions reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue payments.
Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the originally agreed scope. Requests for additional features, significant design changes, or scope expansions will be quoted separately and may affect delivery timelines.
TechNish Solutions agrees to keep all client information, business data, and project details strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the client, except where required by law. Clients must also maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary processes, tools, or methodologies disclosed by TechNish Solutions.
TechNish Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for any third-party service outages or failures.
Either party may terminate the project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless TechNish Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed services. Upon termination, all completed work will be handed over once outstanding payments are settled.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction.
TechNish Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
